I used to have a website where I kept all of my technical knowledge and troubleshooting manuals. My alias is Arif Lim. Since then, the website has changed and is now used by my former call center career employer as a business knowledge source. While this has improved the expertise of call center agents, I am no longer the proprietor of the content.
After 10 years of procrastination, I’ve made the decision to resume releasing my posts in public and call it my own.
It’s possible that anything you see on “arif-lim.tech” was already posted online. But keep in mind that this website was just made to save things for me to refer to when I need them. The reason for this is:
